It's simple. The first step is to fill the form so we can get your contact info and know what is going on with your device. All address and relevant shipping info is on the "Contact us" page. After you submit the form, package your device and ship it off via any shipping company.Make sure your device is packed securely. You should have at least a couple inches of bubble wrap or packing peanuts around the entire device. Don’t send your device in a box you want back and don’t send any accessories with the device.
We usually won’t know for sure until we see it. It depends on what is wrong with the device and what year/model it is. Most devices we get in need logic board repair either do to random failure or liquid damage. We charge flat rate prices for all logic board repairs based on the year and model. . Once we get your device in and diagnose it, we will email you with a definite price.
3-7 days for logic board and liquid damage repairs. Some repairs are completed the day the device arrives. Some devices really throw us through a loop and can take longer.
We do not charge any repair attempt or bench fees if your device isn’t fixable. In the event that your device isn’t repairable, or if it doesn’t make economic sense to repair it, we’ll let you know and send you an invoice for return shipping.
